Graham’s Affogato

Sophisticated and elegant, Graham’s Affogato is the perfect piece de resistance for any dinner party. Graham’s Gold ice cream makes for an even better taste experience.

Instructions:

Step 1

Make the espresso coffee, enough for four small after-dinner coffee cups.

Step 2

Put the Graham’s ice cream into 4 dessert glasses or cups.

Step 3

Drown (the literal meaning of Affogato) each scoop with coffee and serve while warm and melting.

 

Top Tip:

For an added treat, melt a few piece of the plain chocolate in the hot coffee before pouring over the ice cream.

  • 200ml hot strong espresso coffee (made up)
