Pina Colada Smoothie

Refreshing, light and ‘healthy’ if you’re looking for a ‘skinny’ smoothie this is a great one to start the day!

Instructions:

Step 1

Firstly, place your Graham’s Natural yogurt and coconut water into the blender.

Step 2

Prepare your pineapple by removing the skin and the core and add to the blender along with 2 teaspoons of agave syrup. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, peel and add a small banana.

Step 3

Whizz the ingredients on max until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.

Ingredients:

  • 150g Graham’s Natural Yogurt
  • ¼ large fresh pineapple (peeled and core removed)
  • 200ml coconut water
  • 2 tsp agave syrup
  • 1 small banana (optional; if you prefer a thicker smoothie)
