Mars Bar Sauce

Luxuriously silky smooth, this sauce is perfect drizzled hot over ice cream and it keeps well in the fridge overnight for any snack attacks the following day.

Instructions:

Step 1

Dice the Mars Bars.

Step 2

Put in a small pan over hot water and melt very gently.

Step 3

Stir in the cream.

Step 4

Mix until smooth and immediately pour over ice cream.

  • 2 Mars Bars
  • 150 ml Graham’s double cream
