Quark Smoothie
The ideal way to incorporate some of your 5 a day. Tangy fruit flavours blend perfectly with the low fat, high protein goodness of Graham’s Quark.
A great one for the kids, rich smooth and creamy, will set any kid up for a good day at school!

Firstly, place your Graham’s Toffee Yogurt into the blender along with 200ml of Grahams semi-skimmed milk.
Chop up a banana and add that to the blender then scoop in 1 table spoon of whole peanut butter. For the chocolate part of the smoothie use a good quality cocoa powder. Our favourite is Green & Blacks!
To finish, add 4 ice cubes and whizz the ingredients on max until smooth and frothy. Serve immediately.
