Fruit Salad with Quark & Poppy Seed Dressing

If you don’t want to lose the colours and texture from fruit by blending it into a smoothie, you can always enjoy it as a refreshing fruit salad.

Instructions:

Peel and chop the fruit into bite sized pieces.

Place the prepared fruits carefully and top with a generous dollop of Quark.

Drizzle runny honey on top and scatter with poppy seeds.

Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • 1 mango, peeled and diced
  • 1 banana, peeled and sliced
  • blueberries, plus any other fruits you love – strawberries, raspberries
  • 150g of Graham’s Quark
  • 10g poppy seeds
  • 2 tbsp runny honey
